Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

The Goods are in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiration date.

Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply if prohibited by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
