  • Warranty can be claimed for the manufacturing defects only.

  • Doors must be horizontally stacked on flat surface in cool & dry place. Door must not be exposed to sunlight.

  • Do not trim more than 1" (25mm) on all 4 sides of door.

  • Lipping on all four side of the door is compulsory to prevent moisture absorption, wear & tear of the door. 

  • All our Niki Products has a warranty of 5 years for Doors, 25 years for wpc product & can only be claimed on producing original bill.

  • The door has to be fixed at 90 degree angle.

  • ½" (12mm) gap has to be maintained between door & flooring (door frame) for bathroom door.

  • Please do maintain 3mm gap between door and frame.

  • DO NOT HAMMER THE SCREW - FIT SCREW USING SCREWDRIVER

  • Make sure to check hologram before buying any Niki Products.

  • In case of any manufacturing defect, our replacement is only for our product at your doorstep. Third party fittings & accessories not covered under warranty: any fittings & other accessories will not be replaced by us. Fixing charges for the replacement of the door to be borne by the buyer.
